Excellent service, placed my order late afternoon received my goods next morning by 11am.
Wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.
Sold a damaged BBQ
Initial fault with the website so rang to order and was told I couldn’t order over the phone to use the app
Paid for next day delivery as too unwell to collect from store
Waited in all day for the BBQ box was damaged when it arrived and when I opened the box got covered in black stuff the BBQ was damaged and I was covered in the coating
No more in stock and had to email pictures to prove the damage or return it to store
Perfect from start to finish
Perfect from start to finish , everything was arranged for delivery from the minute I ordered, I selected a timeband date

BROKEN ITEMS
When my 5 garden ornaments arrived i got 1 that was use able...all the other 4 was smashed into lots of peices so had to go out of our way to range store to replace them ...all the point of ordering online was so we didn't have to run about as we are so busy...
So wasn't pleased at all ..I will not trust breakable items via online again .

The range plus are not sorting my issue…
The range plus are not sorting my issue out they advised and asked to dispose of my air con unit as it was letting out smoke and a burning smell i they offered me a replacement but the nursing home where I bought the original unit for my grandma they are not allowing me to replace it Because now they are saying it’s a risk so I don’t want a replacement as I explained to them I keep going back and forward with the range plus it’s been nearly a week now I couldn’t help my grandma in the heat that just went pass the range team keeps giving me one email with the same things every 24hr I don’t understand what is going on now this is just upsetting now and draining I have mentioned that I no longer need a replacement just want a refund back that’s all please Judy can you help me out with this..order no-W2315429-1M-V

No response after a week for a broken delivery.
Our plant pots came completely smashed up, I have contact customer service and it’s now over a week later with no response…

Product not as described and terrible customer service
I bought a windbreak which was sold as fabric and wood, it isn’t it’s plastic and wood. I waited in all day for delivery as they failed to ping me a delivery time until mid morning and then didn’t deliver in the two hour slot, just took down the two hour slot when it past. Contacted customer services to return it as it can’t be returned to store as it’s a partner purchase. Still waiting for a label to return it and have been advised that there’s a cost to return it but not advised what that might be. Terrible customer service on a missold item.

Very bad experience
Very bad experience. I have purchased an office chair and not a cheap one, such a waste of time the chair is not usable it makes a terrible squeaky noise when I sit on it and therefore can’t use it in meetings on during any other part of the day. I’ve been trying to get in touch with customer service for 4 months with no responses when they have finally responded it’s been over 3 weeks now and I still didn’t get the refund I was promised. Really not worth it.

Delivery by DHL was just a joke! Several phone calls and lots of emails meant it was only a week late being delivered

Customer Service was totally uncontactable
One plate was broken. That was ok, but I then tried 3 phone calls when I hung on for over 15 minutes an 4 contacts on Zendeck which would not go through- I then tried an Email to which I have had no response.
